So this is a bit out of sequence, at least presently as other than the “List of cars” thread, I have not mentioned the RH7 yet. It’s a Robin Hood Exmo 7 Kit car.
Anyway it’s got the 2.0 Pinto and I don’t know the age of the Cambelt, so after having had it running I though it would be prudent to put a new one on, so that’s on order.
Next on the shopping list this morning was a removalble steering wheel, for two reasons. Firstly to add a layer of physical security. Secondly with the hood up you need to be as flexible as a 13yr old gymnast to make getting in look effortless, as I am not both of those I need a bit more space to get in so hopefully this will solve that.
